Reports

The iP system allows you to generate reports using the data you have access to. Throughout the system, you'll find Reports buttons that let you export on-screen data into a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PDF file. You'll typically find export or print options in the top-right corner of pages.


In this guide, we’ll explore screens that support report creation, with a focus on practical steps for exporting useful data.

Creating a Spreadsheet of Your Data

If you want to create a spreadsheet of the monitoring activities required for the current academic year, you can gather this information from your My Staff page.

Task:

Wherever you see an Export button within the iP system, you should be able to generate an external report in the same way as shown here. If you do not require all the information, you can remove ticks against certain columns.

Export Reports

To export a single staff member's Monitoring, Standards or Pay Progression.  

Note: The Date From and Date To are defaulted to the current academic year.

Generating Reports

The Reports icon is located throughout the software at the top of the screen.
