Executive Head Teacher, Charlene Gethin of the Forest Family explains why she is very happy with the implementation of our school improvement software tool, SchooliP. The Forest Family consists of Needwood Church of England Primary School and All Saints Church of England Primary School. They are all part of the John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust.
Charlene explains the reasoning why SchooliP was introduced.
Our initial meeting about SchooliP was a really good start and gave us a flavour of its capabilities. Being part of JTMAT has allowed us to access more IT infrastructure. We previously used a paper-based system that was a series of Microsoft Word documents. This was challenging as our staff work between our two sites. With SchooliP now in place, we asked what impact our software has had on Charlene and her colleagues.
Whilst we are asking ourselves the same performance management questions, we now enjoy greater efficiency in recording our responses. Staff can log in remotely and complete their reviews. This increased efficiency will save us valuable time.
Charlene was very complimentary of our customer care team who oversaw the implementation process.
Your guys did so much work transferring over our information. The set-up process was excellent and we are very grateful for the accurate transfer of all our existing data. The customer care team were quick, effective and efficient. We received regular emails informing us what needed to be done next with effective follow up to ensure our satisfaction.
One of our account managers delivered a SchooliP training session for staff.
The training we received was for our senior leadership team. This will enable us to disseminate the information to the rest of our staff body. We really benefited from the flexible nature of the training and we look forward to utilising the system for development planning. Overall, we were impressed with the training we received!

We are very satisfied and we know it will make a big difference! We have received excellent customer service where there is a real tenacity to get things done. With our observation form and school development template in place, we look forward to fully using SchooliP.
