You will lead a team of skilled Business Development Executives, guiding them in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
  2. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  5. Sales Performance: Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent achievement.
  6. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the business development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, market trends, and progress towards business development goals for presentation to senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in business development, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the Education market is preferable.
  7. Proficient in Back Office and CRM software.
