Staff monitoring

Staff monitoring and observations are carried out to improve teaching and learning. SchooliP supports monitoring like Lesson Observations, Learning Walks and Work Scrutiny. There are a large number of monitoring forms included and bespoke forms can be created, it’s also possible to record and annotate video.

Observations to be carried out in real-time on a laptop or tablet, avoiding unnecessary repetition and increased workload. The data collected is easily analysed e.g., departments, dates and roles. This enables you to see a picture of where you are at any point in time. Leaders can easily and quickly identify strengths and areas for improvement within teaching. Priorities can be quickly established and allocated to school improvement plans.
