MIS

Derventio Education software integrates with all Management Information Systems (MIS). Information will automatically be available within the software, allowing you to streamline all of your processes, saving significant time and increasing efficiency across school. Specified staff information will be transferred from you MIS securely via an encrypted API. As all specified data is automatically synced, any new staff joining will then be automatically added to our software via your MIS. This will save valuable administration time and prevent customers from having to duplicate data entry in multiple systems. In addition, this will mean that the process of implementing for any new customers, will be even easier, as all relevant data can be accessed via their MIS automatically.

Integration can be implemented using your preferred integrator – available options include Wonde and Group Call.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on is an authentication method that enables users who have already authenticate/logged into their network to automatically login into other applications without the need to enter login and password information. Derventio Education software integrates with all the major single sign on solutions including Azure and Google Identity.

Power BI

Although all Derventio Education products come with extensive reporting and dashboard information sometimes there is still a need to export data into other systems. Using Power BI users can setup a secure connection and then produce any level of charting and reports.

Power BI is an analytics service by Microsoft. It aims to provide interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities with an interface simple enough for end users to create their own reports and dashboards.
