Telephone Support

Our customer care team are available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm offering telephone support. Please do not hesitate to call us on 0333 0433 450 and we are happy to help you with any query that you may have.

Online Support

Our SchooliP software and our website both feature live chat facilities. This service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is an opportunity to ask our customer care team any SchooliP queries that you may have. Alternatively contact can be made by emailing: customercare@derventioeducation.com.

Account Catch Up Calls

As well as answering any immediate questions that you have regarding SchooliP, we are keen to establish an effective long term relationship with you. Therefore, we regularly seek to establish account catch up telephone calls to your designated SchooliP administrator. This enables us to listen to your needs and then impart advice which will enable you to maximise the effectiveness of your SchooliP system. Onsite meetings can also be arranged, by request.

Online Training

All our online training is available free of charge where we use screen sharing. This is a bespoke service where we can deliver training sessions that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Alternatively, we offer a number of webinars where training is targeted at specific areas.

Onsite Training

If you would like us to visit your school, we offer half day and full day training packages. A half day training session is £450 (plus VAT) and a full day of training is £650 (plus VAT). This enables face to face delivery of SchooliP training where a bespoke training schedule is devised in conjunction with you beforehand.

Education Forum

On our website, we have established an education forum. This is an opportunity to discuss prevalent matters within education and the use of SchooliP. You can register for our forum here.
