Your organisation is assigned an experienced Account Manager to support, not only the Implementation phase, but also delivering training, support and guidance. Our Account managers have senior educational leadership background and work in partnership with your organisation to tailor your system to your needs and requirements.

All online and telephone support is FREE and UNLIMITED to all of our customers.  In addition, our experienced Customer Care department supports technical questions and queries there may be.

One of the first steps to developing your new system is to schedule an Implementation Project Planning meeting with your Account Manager.  An Implementation Project Plan is created and shared with designated staff within the organisation.

The plan is a working ‘live’ document shared between you, relevant staff and your iP Account Manager.  It will be updated during the initial steps of your iP journey and clarifies the features and functionality of the software, identifies the staff that will be involved and identifies training needs for all users and groups. We discuss your organisation’s requirements, existing and future changes, processes, needs, aims and objectives in relation to the functions in the software and improvement planning.  The completion of the project plan assists the iP team in fully understanding your organisation, as the iP team closely works in partnership with the organisation. The more information and detail that is shared, the greater the support and guidance the iP team are able to provide.

I think that the functionality, support and customisable-ness of the system is superior to other systems that I have used.

One of the initial discussion points is gaining an overview of your existing processes of appraisal, monitoring, CPD and school improvement planning for your organisation.  Some organisations use a paper-based method (albeit on Word/Excel), a method of sharing (e.g. Google Docs/organisation shared are), or have previously carried out Improvement Planning on another piece of software. 

Whichever processes have been used prior to using iP, we work in partnership with you to align with your existing templates and information  e.g. Observation forms, SEF, SAR, QIP, SDP.  We are easily able to import existing CPD data, performance management objectives and standards/Competencies.  

Migration from all other school improvement software is FREE of charge.  All we need is the data extracted from your existing system and we do the rest!  

A flexible performance management system was wanted, so that we could tailor it fully to meet the needs of our academy. We were able to specify our requirements and SchooliP was customised accordingly.

We work in partnership with you to ensure the smooth transition from your existing system. All we need from you is guidance regarding the functionality you would like to use, when you feel you would like the functionality to be used and the relevant staff information to get ‘up and running’. A lot of the setting up the system can easily be carried out by the iP Team in the background.
