CPD requests can now include weblinks enhancing the decision-making process. School priorities can now be ordered via a simple drag and drop system. Assigning activities to individual members of staff relating to the School Development Plan is now more straight forward. These changes are designed to save valuable time and bring greater focus to school improvement.
Recording lesson observations has become more intuitive following changes to ensure that only necessary content is included. Users are now able to view their previous answers to observation questions. The ability to access this history, helps users to appreciate their previous thoughts. In understanding that sometimes objectives might not fit neatly into pre-determined categories, administrators can now turn off staff performance objective types. Observation is a central feature of SchooliP and we now the process is even more straight forward and tailored to user requirements.
Enhancements have been made to SchooliP to improve its functionality and to ensure that users enjoy a more precise experience.
