Training and support available for SchooliP customers
We are committed to ensuring that all our users get the very best experience in using SchooliP. Therefore, we offer a wide range of support services and welcome any opportunity to interact with our customers.

Our SchooliP software and our website both feature live chat facilities. This service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Account Catch Up Calls
As well as answering any immediate questions that you have regarding SchooliP, we are keen to establish an effective long term relationship with you. Therefore, we regularly seek to establish account catch up telephone calls to your designated SchooliP administrator. This enables us to listen to your needs and then impart advice which will enable you to maximise the effectiveness of your SchooliP system. Onsite meetings can also be arranged, by request.
All our online training is available free of charge where we use screen sharing. This is a bespoke service where we can deliver training sessions that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Alternatively, we offer a number of webinars where training is targeted at specific areas.
If you would like us to visit your school, we offer half day and full day training packages. A half day training session is £450 (plus VAT) and a full day of training is £650 (plus VAT). This enables face to face delivery of SchooliP training where a bespoke training schedule is devised in conjunction with you beforehand.
