Account Management is vital to our customer retention strategy, and the selected candidate will be the voice of the company and one of our front-line employees. Working as part of our Sales team,this role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager, driven to ensure the happiness of our customer base, and to successfully meet and exceed targets.

Job Role

  • Continually making regular contact with customers via outbound telephone calls and emails
  • Pro-actively generating, profiling and qualifying new business opportunities through customer referrals
  • Acting as a central point of contact for customers including receiving and responding to inbound customer enquiries
  • Facilitating customer case studies and testimonials
  • Carrying out Support audits to ensure all customer queries have been resolved promptly
  • Managing customer development requests within software releases
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell to customers within communications with them including those from marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring customers renew their contract
  • Working as a product expert, able to advise customers on their usage of the software and how they can best maximise their use of it
  • Achieving targets and KPI’s as agreed including daily call targets, weekly referrals, monthly testimonials, contract renewals, and more
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer data on our CRM system
  • Working closely with the teams including marketing, sales, support, training, development and finance

Skills & Attributes Required

  • Experienced Account Manager
  • Proven track record working to targets and KPI’s
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Mature, self-motivated and responsible
  • Flexible, punctual and reliable

Hours of Work

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary

Competitive salary and commission structure, dependent on experience
